Founded in 2013, La Maison Bacanha is a family-originated company based in the Paris region, specializing in the reinvention of syrups through unique creation and manufacturing processes. Their commitment to excellence is evident in the selection of high-quality ingredients, resulting in intense aromas and unique flavors in their products. Notably, they introduced the term "Sirop Brut" to highlight complex and unique blends made from simple, natural, and premium ingredients, honoring the traditional history of syrups

The main ingredient, cane sugar, is sourced from Brazil, cultivated using methods that preserve soil and the environment, including regenerative organic management and biological pest control. The sugar supplier, Native, is the first Brazilian food company to receive the Regenerative Organic Certified™ (ROC) certification, which recognizes contributions to soil regeneration, animal welfare, and the dignity of rural workers.

 

Bacanha's flavors are developed in the Grasse region of France, utilizing natural extracts, essential oils, fruit juices, and aromas. Their syrups are free from colorants and preservatives, resulting in natural hues that vary depending on the recipe and fruit used. Production occurs in their workshop near Paris, where bottling, labeling, and packaging are meticulously handled. They use amber glass bottles to protect the syrup from light, ensuring longer shelf life, and the glass is infinitely recyclable.
